Job summary

Clarendale West End is seeking a part-time Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and coordinate meaningful activities for residents. This role involves engaging with seniors, promoting well-being, and ensuring a vibrant community culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 6 months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.
• Memory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning and coordinating all resident activities.
• Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.
• Lead daily resident activities per our Community standards.
• Plan and execute diverse programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population.
