Job summary

American Senior Communities' North Park Nursing Center in Evansville, IN is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant. This full-time role offers both Day and Evening shifts, with responsibilities centered on enriching residents' daily experiences.

You will create engaging activities, foster emotional connections, and collaborate with the care team to support memory care residents. Prior CNA training or HS diploma preferred, with CARE values guiding daily practice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence.
• HS diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience; or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training or CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Assist memory care residents with structured activities and engagement.
