The ideal candidate will lead a team of Activity Assistants, create diverse activities for varying abilities, and collaborate with departments to promote wellness, safety, and social engagement in a CARE-focused community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years’ experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting; completion of Activities Director training or a Recreational Therapy degree.
• Successful completion of a state approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program.
