You will document activities, collaborate with nursing staff, and help create a safe, joyful, resident-centered program environment. CNA certification is required and memory care experience is preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Memory care experience preferred
• A compassionate, creative, enthusiastic approach to working with older adults

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group and one-on-one activities for memory care residents
• Support residents in experiences that bring dignity, purpose, and joy to daily life
• Encourage social connection through creative, stimulating programs
• Help document activities to support program improvement
• Partner with nursing and care staff to keep the environment fun, safe, and resident-centered
