Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group and one-on-one activities designed for memory care residents.
• Support residents in experiences that enhance daily life, dignity, and purpose.
• Encourage social connection through creative and stimulating programming.
• Assist with activity documentation to support program development and improvement.
• Partner with nursing and care staff to maintain a fun, safe, and resident-centered environment.
