Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a Memory Care Activities Assistant to work part-time on the 2nd shift, with every-other-weekend requirements. The role emphasizes supervising nursing staff, coordinating with residents and families, and ensuring care is provided per guidelines. Prior long-term care and memory care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing clinical staff and coordinating with residents/families.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer literacy.
• Previous long term care experience is required.
• Memory Care or Recreations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Administration
