Job summary

Xylem is seeking hands-on, detail-oriented individuals for manufacturing, production, and water treatment operations. The Process Operator supports membrane processing by cleaning, testing, preparing, and transporting products to meet production and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include cleaning, testing, inspection, material prep for shipment, equipment operation, and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform membrane cleaning, testing, and preparation in accordance with established procedures.
• Inspect membrane products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Prepare materials for shipment and transportation to various Xylem branches and customer locations.
• Safely operate equipment and tools required for membrane processing and material handling.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and operational goals.
