Responsibilities

• Investigate how membrane organization is regulated and influences cellular responses using engineered cell lines and fluorescence techniques (e.g., fluorescence lifetime imaging).
• Characterize protein paralipidomes.
• Assist ongoing projects in membrane determinants of cell-cell fusion of myoblasts.
• Provide administrative lab support: ordering, onboarding, and lab upkeep.
• Assist with routine molecular biology, cell culture, and other lab tasks.
