Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience for Specialist role.
  • Master's degree in life sciences preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cell and molecular biology; background in immunology preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate how membrane organization is regulated and influences cellular responses using engineered cell lines.
  • Characterize protein paralipidomes using fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy and other fluorescence techniques.
  • Assist ongoing projects in the membrane determinants of cell-cell fusion of myoblasts.
  • Provide administrative lab support: ordering, onboarding new lab members, and general lab upkeep.
  • Help other lab personnel in routine molecular biology and cell culture tasks.
