This position supports all the administrative processes to maintain and elevate the membership program including sales, member card processing, data management, reporting and customer service. This position is also responsible for maintaining zoo-to-member relationships and engagement through excellent customer service, responding to member concerns and ensuring excellent members experiences that highlight our mission of connecting people to animals and the natural world. As part of the marketing, communications, events and membership team, this position supports a collaborative team operation through cross training and multi functional tasks.
