Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking an experienced enrollment operations specialist for Medicare Advantage environments. The ideal candidate will drive process audits, identify operational improvement opportunities, and coach team members to ensure compliance, accuracy, and performance standards are met.

Candidates must be able to work remotely from locations outside CA, NY, AK, HI, in line with our policy. This role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory awareness, and collaborative problem solving to uphold
