• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Complies with company policies, procedures and ethics by applying the Open Door Policy and related actions.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including hazardous materials handling and forklift safety.
