Time Commitment: Minimum of at least six months. One hour per week, flexible.

Location(s): Brampton YMCA, Central YMCA, Cooper Koo YMCA, Markham YMCA, Mississauga YMCA, North York YMCA, Oshawa YMCA, Scarborough YMCA, Vaughan YMCA, and West End YMCA.
At the YMCA, we're more than a gym. We're a place where you can be yourself, meet new friends and have fun. At our Health and Fitness Centres, we support our members as they strive to reach their potential and work toward their goals as part of an inclusive, caring, and healthy community. Volunteers in this role assist YMCA Membership Services staff.
