Responsibilities

• Connect with new guests as soon as they walk in and set the tone.
• Lead club tours to showcase facilities and outcomes.
• Make follow-up calls to trial users, referrals, and past guests.
• Schedule daily appointments via outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital leads.
• Upsell add-ons and premium services to eligible members.
• Drive community engagement and brand awareness in the locale.
• Support front desk check-ins and passes as needed.
• Track daily metrics and hit performance targets.
