Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is hiring a Membership Sales Associate to drive membership sales through consultative guidance, friendly service, and product knowledge. This entry level role includes paid training and uncapped weekly commissions.

You will build customer connections, upsell unlimited wash packages, and meet targets in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required; weekly pay and retention bonuses are part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least one year of customer service.
• Sales: Six months of sales in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Minimum Age: 18.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to weather.
• Schedule: Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Weather: Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind.
• Noise: Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles.
• Team: Frequent interaction with colleagues and customers.
• Fast-Paced: High pace during peak hours.
• Customer Interaction: Regular engagement with customers.
