- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
- Verifiable history of excellent attendance.
- Willingness to learn CRM usage and sales process.
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
- Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
- Set reservations and follow-up appointments.
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
- Administer studio tours for new guests.
- Answer all questions about services and the facility.
- Maintain clean facility and turnover of sauna rooms.
- Maintain and organize towel supply area.
