ModWash is hiring at Ashtabula, OH for a Guest Experience role. You will drive membership sales while ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience and understand the value of unlimited wash packages.

You will join a team focused on delivering a legendary car wash experience, with training, growth opportunities, and pay that includes base plus commission. Flexible scheduling and outdoor work are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a passion for helping others.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Previous sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guideand assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
