GetHired, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet guests, explain memberships, and handle sales at multiple Marion County locations. You will collaborate with team members, complete daily store duties, and support payment systems while traveling to nearby stores as needed.

We value excellent verbal communication, time management, and a friendly, proactive attitude. This role offers part-time and full-time options with growth potential and a bi-weekly pay cycle.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to sell memberships.
• Customer service and goal-oriented with high attention to detail.
• Initiative-taking with effective communication skills; sales/marketing experience a plus.
• Car Wash experience is a huge plus.
• Ability to perform physical duties in inclement weather.
• A cheerful, friendly attitude.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact directly with customers, providing friendly service.
• Explain Unlimited Wash Club Membership options to customers.
• Manage all sales transactions and keep records.
• Collaborate with team and communicate with store management.
• Assist with daily tasks and duties of the store.
• Cross-train to operate tunnel equipment and interface with payment systems.
• Occasional transfers to other stores for training and purposes.
• Travel between stores within a 10-mile radius as needed.
• Work independently and in a team; demonstrate excellent communication and time management.
• Remain on feet in all weather conditions; growth opportunities and no late nights.
