ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash in Dripping Springs, TX are hiring Sales Associates to welcome guests, explain car wash services, and promote memberships. You will help guests select the best options and process payments at the pay station, delivering friendly, efficient service.

This full-time, day-shift role offers hourly pay of $17–$18, with an expected 35–40 hours per week. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and opportunities for career growth.

• Promote and sell car wash memberships by clearly communicating their value and benefits.
• Engage with guests at the pay station and kiosk while creating a welcoming experience.
• Answer customer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
• Operate and maintain the pay station and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with professionalism and enthusiasm.
