Workout Anytime is hiring a Membership Sales Representative for Raleigh and Rolesville locations. You will engage prospects by phone, text, and in person, guide them to the right membership, and drive sign-ups with a performance-based payoff. The role emphasizes energy, talkativeness, and helping people achieve fitness goals.

Two work modes are available: part-time or full-time. You will receive a guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Workout Anytime is hiring motivated Membership Sales Representatives for our Raleigh and Rolesville locations.

This is not a passive front-desk position. You will connect with prospective members by phone, text, and in person; understand their goals; bring them into the gym; and help them make a decision that can genuinely improve their lives.

Unlike most gyms, we pay our sales representatives a guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped commissions and individual and team bonuses. The more value you create and the stronger you perform, the more you can earn.
