WashU Car Wash is hiring a Customer Service Associate (Entry-Level) in Wheaton, IL. This role focuses on selling monthly memberships and delivering a fast, friendly wash experience in a busy, customer-facing environment.

You will greet customers, promote services, handle payments, and ensure a high-quality result while maintaining a clean facility. Training is provided to help you succeed and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with cash handling.
• Reliable, punctual; weekend/holiday availability.
• Physically able to operate wash equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain services and memberships.
• Promote and upsell premium wash services.
• Process cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Operate car wash equipment and monitor wash quality.
• Perform general facility upkeep and cleaning.
