Job summary

ModWash in Brandon, FL is seeking a Guest Experience Member to drive membership sales and deliver a legendary car wash experience. You’ll educate customers on the value of unlimited packages and help them choose the best option while ensuring an outstanding visit.

This role requires a passion for service, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Base pay is $14 per hour with commission, paid training, free employee car washes, and opportunities for

Qualifications

Customer service mindset with a friendly attitude.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
Safely guideand assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
