Responsibilities

• Achieve quota of 50 new memberships per month within 60 days.
• Call all leads within 48 hours and convert 30% into appointments.
• Plan each sales day with 45–60 minutes of preparation.
• Conduct club tours presenting products as solutions.
• Become product expert within seven days.
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in implementing local marketing efforts.
