Job summary

Pure Barre is hiring a Membership Sales Associate in Austin to welcome clients, describe the Pure Barre experience, and guide new members through the membership process. You’ll build genuine relationships, deliver exceptional service, and help clients start a fitness journey they’ll love.

This part-time role requires initiative, goal-orientation, and the ability to work a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Training is provided in a supportive, positive studio culture.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ClubReady software.
• Boutique fitness experience is a plus but not required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into memberships.
• Conduct studio tours and introductory consultations to understand client goals.
• Follow up consistently with prospective members through phone, text, and email.
• Meet or exceed membership and retail sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that creates loyal, long-term members.
• Educate clients on memberships, promotions, retail products, and studio offerings.
• Assist with community events and studio promotions.
• Capture photos and videos for social media content.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
