Super Star Car Wash in Allen (TX) is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to help customers understand our Be Super memberships and save money. You will use a consultative approach to guide options and close sales, while demonstrating genuine care for customers.

In a fast-paced outdoor environment, you will build relationships, stay informed about our products, and meet weekly sales targets while delivering exceptional service that leaves customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products. What You'll Be Doing

Pay Transparency

Unlock Your Earning Potential: $20--$25 per Hour!
(Base Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour + Weekly Commissions + Monthly Retention Bonuses)

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location. This role is eligible to earn a weekly sales commission and monthly membership retention bonus based on individual performance.
