Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to drive memberships using a consultative approach. You will guide customers through options, highlight benefits, and close sales in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Paid training, uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and benefits for full-time employees support your growing earnings. You’ll build customer connections, stay informed on products, upsell monthly unlimited washes, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What The Role Is

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products. This entry level sales role will teach you the finer points of how to sell better and sell a product that saves people money.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience:
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old

• Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

(Base Pay: $17.25- $17.75.XX/hour + Weekly Commissions + Monthly Retention Bonuses)

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location. This role is eligible to earn a weekly sales commission and monthly membership retention bonus based on individual performance.
