Stretch Zone in San Antonio is looking for a team-oriented individual to join as a Sales Associate. This role involves welcoming guests, educating members on our services, and converting demonstrations into memberships. You'll receive paid training and earn competitive hourly pay plus commissions.

Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (some weekends required)

Pay

$15-$17/hour + uncapped commission

What You\'ll Do

• Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression


• Educate prospective members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching


• Conduct outreach calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling


• Convert stretch demonstrations into memberships


• Build long-term relationships with members through excellent customer service


• Meet individual and team sales goals


• Participate in local marketing events and community outreach


• Support daily studio operations as part of a collaborative team

What We\'re Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience preferred


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others


• Comfortable working toward sales goals


• Willingness to learn and grow in a new skill set


• Basic computer and social media skills (Microsoft Office, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)


• Community marketing or event experience is a plus

Training

All new team members must complete our comprehensive paid two-week Stretch Zone Sales Training Program, where you\'ll learn our proven sales process, customer experience standards, and the Stretch Zone Method.
