$18.05/hr - $25.08/hr
This is a virtual position with virtual training required for the first 4 - 6 weeks. You must be willing to travel to Elevance Health office location once a quarter (or more when designated) to be considered.
Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.
Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, EST from Tuesday - Saturday (off Sunday and Monday).
The Membership Rep II is responsible for enrollment, billing activities and/or maintaining assigned accounts.
Requires H.S. diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year relevant healthcare customer servicing experience which includes a minimum of 1 year membership experience with the company; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
For candidates working in person or virtually in Nevada, the salary range for this position is $18.05 to $25.08.
