Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo is seeking a part-time Membership Registrar to manage a safe entrance and exit for members at the clubhouse. The ideal candidate is upbeat, highly organized, and able to work with all age groups while encouraging participation in programs.
Key duties include registering members, validating membership cards, greeting families, answering phones, supervising the lobby and coat check, issuing IDs and replacement cards, and maintaining accurate accounting of membership
Job Title: Membership/Registrar – Pay per hour: $14.50

Reporting: Assistant Unit Director
Office Hours: Mon-Fri. 3:30-7:30 pm
Location: Clubhouse

Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo (BGCT), an Affiliate of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, empowers the young people who need us most to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens by providing high-quality and impactful out-of-school time programming for youth in grades K-12. BGCT serves over 5,000 youth per year throughout Northwest Ohio. The Membership Registrar person is responsible for planning and implementing a safe entrance and exit for members. This person must be an upbeat, highly organized and multi-tasker with the ability to work with all age groups. In addition, the Membership Registrar person will promote and encourage program participation and engagement for all members.
