Job summary

YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City is seeking a Membership Program Director to oversee the membership experience at the local branch. You will manage program development, supervise staff, train volunteers, and ensure the quality of membership services.

The role requires budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with other departments to deliver strong community programs. Evening and weekend hours may be required to support seasonal programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Certified in CPR/AED/First Aid preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage the membership department within the branch.
• Develop and administer annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Recruit and train staff and volunteers for membership programs.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach to grow attendance and registrations.
