Job summary

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Completes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts; participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues.
