Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Membership Maintenance associate in Marlborough, MA. You will process membership tasks, assist members and staff, and help achieve service levels while maintaining professional conduct.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing requests, and supporting other departments as needed. A solid customer service background and basic PC skills are required. Monday–Friday schedule with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year related experience, financial institutions preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Membership Maintenance tasks and assist members and front-line staff with questions pertaining to those processes.
• Provide phone coverage to assist the Information Center, Branches, various departments, and members. Answer incoming calls to the Membership Maintenance line.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and regulatory requirements; maintain professionalism and service quality.
• Meet or exceed performance goals including service level, timeliness, and accuracy in processing requests.
