Elite Sports Clubs in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Membership Sales Advisor to welcome potential members and guide them toward the right programs. You’ll build relationships, tour facilities, generate leads, and drive membership growth with a consultative, people-first approach.

You’ll work on-site at our Brookfield location, collaborate with teammates on events and promotions, and help new members feel confident joining our vibrant community focused on fitness and wellness.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of customer service, sales, hospitality, or community engagement experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Your Game Plan - Spark Connection and Growth

As a Sales & Service Leader at one of our Elite locations, you'll be the first impression for potential members—and the guide who helps them see what's possible at Elite. Your role is about building relationships, listening closely, and helping people take the first step in their fitness journey.

You'll create leads, follow up with prospects, tour potential members, and build excitement around the club experience. Every day is an opportunity to meet new people, connect them with the right programs, and grow our community in meaningful ways.

Your Role on the Team - What You'll Be Doing

• Strong communication skills—you’re great at listening and helping others feel heard

• A positive, professional attitude with a drive to hit personal and team goals

• Comfortable using basic technology (CRM systems, email, scheduling tools)

• A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and community

Core Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, sales, hospitality, or community engagement experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

• Ability to work on-site at our Brookfield location
