Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate for a part-time, on-site role at our Scottsdale studios. You will drive memberships and retail sales, support members, and embody the BODYBAR vibe alongside a motivated team.

You’ll collaborate with the Studio Manager to create a welcoming, results-driven studio experience and foster community engagement through events and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships, and drive retail revenue.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales—you're focused on results.
• Be BODYBAR’s brand ambassador—represent at local events and grow presence in the community.
• Stay organized by keeping member bookings and interactions logged accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class to turn workouts into experiences.
