Job summary

Moss New York seeks a Membership Sales Manager to own the membership inbox, advance leads, and coordinate tours and onboarding. You will manage CRM data, prepare prospect briefs, and support the team with data-driven outreach and events.

The role requires 2–4 years in luxury hospitality or similar fields, strong CRM skills, and exceptional communication. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or high-touch client-facing roles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, PeopleVine) and data hygiene.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discreet with VIP clientele.
• Highly organized, proactive; able to manage high volume inquiries and scheduling.
• Evenings and weekends availability for events.

Responsibilities

• Own the membership inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate prospect interviews, calls, and tours for the Membership Director and Manager.
• Maintain CRM data, build reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Process applications and payments; onboard new members smoothly.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Provide a hospitality-forward experience across member touchpoints.
