Job summary

The Glacial Community YMCA is seeking a leader to direct branch membership operations and promote exceptional service, engagement, and retention. Lead membership growth by creating welcoming experiences that build lasting connections and a sense of belonging at the GLC YMCA.

Grow professionally with access to training, certifications, and leadership development, while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to helping members and the community thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years’ business administration & staff management experience required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently, and problem-solving.
• Experience and comfort working with technology, navigate software, basic office equipment, cash handling and professional written and verbal communication skills.
