Workout Anytime China Grove is seeking a friendly Member Engagement Specialist to greet members and guests at the door and guide them through the gym entry process.

You will welcome people, check them in, tour new guests, and answer questions about current membership options while delivering excellent service and promoting a positive environment.

No degree or prior experience required; training is provided, and there are opportunities for growth in sales, fitness operations, or management.

Position Overview

The Member Engagement Specialist will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greets each member and guest promptly
• Personally checks each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
• Register all guests in the gym using proper registration procedures
• Provides new guests with a tour of the gym and helps answer questions about current membership options
