Location:Remote (U.S.-based only; DC, AL, GA, MN, or OH)

Pay:$95000 – $110000 / per year (depending on experience)

Job Description:

TheMembership Data Analystwill support membership operations through data management, reporting, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires both technical expertise and a strong sense of customer service, with responsibilities spanning strategic data analysis and tactical support for member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain membership data systems with accuracy and integrity
  • Build and present dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or SQL for internal reporting
  • Generate reports and insights for leadership to support decision-making and growth
  • Respond to member inquiries, support onboarding, handle transitions, and manage invoicing
  • Analyze membership trends and provide recommendations to enhance engagement and retention
  • Collaborate across teams to align member services with organizational goals
  • Participate in strategic planning by offering data-informed insights
  • Continuously improve internal data workflows and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency inExcel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs),SQL, andPower BI
  • Candidates must have experience working within Membership Organization in the past.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience creating dashboards and simplifying complex data for broader audiences
  • Prior experience withNetForumor similar membership databases preferred
  • Understanding of membership-based business models and service delivery
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and attend periodic in-person meetings (3x/year)
