The Alaska Club is seeking a full-time Membership Coordinator to greet guests, tour facilities, and build meaningful relationships with members and visitors. This role emphasizes friendly service, clear communication, and a passion for fitness.

You'll present membership options, answer questions about amenities, and help prospective members find the right plan. All training is provided, with flexible 35-40 hour schedules and opportunities for commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• A clear passion for fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An outgoing personality.
• Sales and/or customer service experience, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour guests, build relationships, and engage guests within their areas of interest.
• Present membership opportunities and answer questions about facilities.
• All training is provided for our membership coordinators.
