Job summary

The Alaska Club is hiring a full-time Membership Coordinator to welcome guests, tour facilities, and promote membership options. You will engage with a diverse community, answer questions, and guide potential members through the sign-up process.

We offer an hourly wage with commission and monthly bonus opportunities, plus a free club membership and other benefits. Training is provided, and typical shifts run five days per week, about 35–40 hours, with morning, afternoon, or evening options.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear passion for fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality.
• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour guests; present membership opportunities.
• Answer questions about facilities and memberships; assist with sign-ups.
• Collaborate with team to meet membership targets and provide exceptional guest experience.
