Job summary

You will ensure accuracy in order processing and maintain safety standards while supporting daily operations in-store. The role emphasizes helping Members, meeting goals through participation in events, and upholding Walmart values while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Fulfills Member requests such as processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety by following all safety standards and guidelines including hazardous materials handling and forklift procedures and reporting unsafe situations.
• Completes tasks by prioritizing work, collaborating with coworkers and managers, and adapting to change to improve operations.
• Provides a clean, accurate checkout and order fulfillment experience, ensuring orders and invoices are correct and items are securely prepared for Members.
