Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting value, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Completes orders and related tasks by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing and ensuring invoice accuracy.
