Position Summary

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships that increase member loyalty and help them meet their healthy lifestyle goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests
  • Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
  • Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate members and guests about club programming, events, pricing, and policies
  • Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, creating extraordinary experiences
  • Assist members with transactions and general account changes
Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • Work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Commitment to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for living a healthy lifestyle
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time
Preferred Requirements
  • HS graduate or equivalent (preferred)
