Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Participates in sales and marketing events and works to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of facility by following safety standards, procedures and guidelines, and reporting hazards.
• Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and ensuring accuracy.
• Completes tasks by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers and partners, prioritizing deadlines and addressing improvements.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
