Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I in Florida to deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for members and guests. You will help guests feel welcomed, educate on club offerings, and support members with transactions in a fast-paced, health-focused environment.

The role emphasizes hospitality, relationship-building, and delivering high-quality service to support members in achieving their healthy lifestyle goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months service/reception experience.
• Concierge Certification upon hire.

Position Summary

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships which increases member loyalty and assists them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests


• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests


• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies


• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences


• Assists members with transactions and general account changes

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience


• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
