Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Ardmore, AL is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver exceptional service to members and guests as the first point of contact. You will welcome visitors, answer questions about programs, events, and policies, and help with basic account transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of service/reception experience, can work at least 15 hours weekly, and are committed to a healthy lifestyle. Concierge certification is completed after hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships which increases member loyalty and assists them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.
