The St. James is seeking a high-energy Membership Ambassador in Bethesda, MD to actively sell memberships, programs, and services while building lasting member relationships.

You will onboard new members, conduct tours, and collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service. A track record in luxury hospitality or sports management is valued and rewards include commissions and performance bonuses.

• Experience in client relations or hospitality supports sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and stay organized.
