We’re looking for a proactive, detail-orientedMember Success Coordinatorto support the personal finance division of INJOY Stewardship Solutions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring both individual members and group sponsored members have a smooth and impactful experience through ourFully Funded Lifemembership program.

You’ll coordinate behind-the-scenes production, support member onboarding, and fuel member engagement through intentional communication and community-building initiatives. You’ll also help manage our coaching logistics and champion member success across the member journey, from their very first welcome to their long-term success stories.

This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and has a heart for helping people win with money.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Member Success

  • Guide and manage the onboarding process for individual and group sponsored Fully Funded Life memberships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for member questions, renewals, and support
  • Monitor engagement, identify areas for improvement, and proactively reach out to at-risk or inactive members

Content & Product Support

  • Maintain production schedules and content calendars for financial courses and resources
  • Coordinate product and course launches, including uploading course materials and submitting creative/marketing requests
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure plans align with upcoming launches and promotions

Community Engagement

  • Champion online community interactions to increase member involvement and provide value
  • Post weekly prompts, videos, tips, and updates
  • Moderate discussions and promote engagement
  • Track and report engagement metrics
  • Produce monthly newsletters for members and partner churches/businesses

Coaching Administration

  • Schedule and support financial coaching sessions within the membership
  • Ensure documentation and follow-up from coaching sessions is completed
  • Handle administrative needs for the coaching team

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with ongoing development of new courses and resources
  • Support church onboarding and partnerships with basic admin and communication follow-up
  • Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Growth in Fully Funded Life engagement metrics (logins, forum posts, video views)
  • High member satisfaction and retention
  • Strong onboarding experience for churches and individuals
  • Open and click-through rates for newsletters and key communications

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or higher
  • 1–3 years' experience in customer service, project coordination, or administrative support
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • A personal passion for biblical financial principles and helping others succeed financially
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools

Preferred:

  • Experience in a church leadership or volunteer role
  • Familiarity with church management and church culture
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot, Infusionsoft, or Salesforce
