Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Dallas seeks a Member Specialist to greet and assist AAA members with insurance and membership services. This entry-level role includes paid training, a path for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work in a fast-paced branch environment delivering legendary service to members. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, communication and computer skills, and flexible availability between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Interface with AAA members to provide insurance and membership services.
• Assist with insurance policies, billing, and member services over the phone and in-branch.
• Develop insurance leads for sales agents.
• Support agents and team members in daily operations.
• Adhere to branch hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:00pm.

In this role you will:

• Be provided with the training you need on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help you meet your individual and team cross-selling goals.

• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Be expected to be available during our branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. We are closed weekends and most holidays.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to travel locally when necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines

Requirements:
