Job Summary

As a Member Solutions Representative at our Credit Union, you’ll play a key role in helping members get back on track financially. You’ll work closely with members to understand their situation, create personalized repayment plans, and resolve outstanding balances. Your goal is to provide exceptional support while ensuring the Credit Union’s financial health.

As a Member Solutions Representative at our Credit Union, you’ll play a key role in helping members get back on track financially. You’ll work closely with members to understand their situation, create personalized repayment plans, and resolve outstanding balances. Your goal is to provide exceptional support while ensuring the Credit Union’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Communication: Build strong relationships with members by contacting them through phone, email, or mail. Listen attentively to their concerns and work collaboratively to find solutions
  • Account Management: Keep detailed records of member interactions and account statuses. Use our collection system to track progress and identify potential issues
  • Problem Solving: Assist members in resolving account problems and developing effective repayment plans
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our collection processes and procedures
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional member service

Additional Responsibilities

  • Monitor delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions to reduce balances
  • Process paperwork for repossessions, bankruptcies, and small claims proceedings
  • Prepare and send required notices and reports
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
